Shipping Policy

Deliveries will be made from 12pm to 5pm daily. Please place your orders by 6:00 pm at least a day before delivery.

Enjoy free delivery on all orders above SGD 200! The minimum order is SGD 100. A delivery fee of SGD 18 is charged for orders below SGD200. For Peak period (festive season week) delivery charges will be at SGD 28 for orders below SGD200.

We start home deliveries from 12pm onwards. Please allow flexibility as we will have to deliver accordingly to our planned routes and may not be able to accommodate specific requests for delivery timings. Should you have an important event timing to meet, we highly recommend that you visit our physical store to make the purchase. Or, you may also arrange your own delivery fleet (lalamove or grab).

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the goods. This is particularly for deliveries to private condominiums which require security clearance. Otherwise, please inform us to leave the goods at your doorstep.

There will be no deliveries on PH and holiday eves.

Return & Exchange Policy

If there is a change to your address or if you wish to reschedule your delivery, please notify us 1 day in advance or WhatsApp us at 8833 8546.

We will accommodate your requests as far as possible but if the delivery process has already begun for your order, we seek your understanding that we cannot change the delivery time-slot nor delivery address.

In any rare occurrence where our delivery team failed to arrive or a wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately on the same day of delivery by calling 8833 8546 with the invoice number and details. We will work with you to arrange for replacement and re-delivery as needed.
