Lobster Porridge


Reccomended serving size: 3-4 pax


Ingredients:

  • 2pcs 450-500g lobsters (Boston or Australian lobster) chopped in small cubes

  • 1 stalk of scallions

  • 1 pc of ginger

  • 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)

  • 2-3 cups of rice

  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Step 1:

Wash the rice. Then place in the casserole/ pot and put in the right amount of water. Then cook it in a big fire. From time to time, use a spoon to stir the porridge, to prevent sticky pot, paste.

Step 2:

Cut the scallions and ginger into thin slices.

Step 3:

When the water is boiling, put the lobster shells and meat cubes in to cook. Put in the ginger, oyster sauce (optional). Cook for 30 minutes. Be sure to stir the porridge from time to time.

Step 4:

Remove the lobster shells and add scallions in. You may also sprinkle a little salt and pepper for taste.


Voila! Lobster porridge is ready to serve.
