Lobster Roll


Recommended serving size: 2-3 pax

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives, plus more for serving

  • Kosher salt

  • 3pcs (450g-500g) Lobster meat chopped (Boston Lobster or Australian Lobster)

  • Butterhead lettuce, for serving

  • Sliced avocado, for serving

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

Step 1: Cook lobster for 8 to 10 minutes until the shrimp is pink and nicely firm, then put it in ice water to cool (this adds on crunchy texture to the lobster meat.) Step 2:

In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt. Fold in chopped lobster meat.

Step 3: Lay lettuce on a serving platter, then top with lobster salad. Garnish with avocado, more chives, and a squeeze of lemon.
